How is the classification of ceramic coatings performed, regarding the size?

PRODUCTION PROCESS

The ceramic coatings are burned from 1120ºC to 1200ºC, where they retract. In addition to the classification by tone and defects, non-rectified ceramic coatings are separated by sizes.

The separation takes place according to the product format and the tolerance allowed by standards. CEUSA classifies its non-rectified ceramic coatings with codes of P or L (small), M or N (medium) and G or T (large).

In addition to the reference code and hue, it is necessary to observe on the packaging identification label if the size codes are identical, especially when laying (paging) in check.
