Grinding is the beginning of the process where the ingredients (raw materials) that make up the mass are mixed.

 

Wet Way: the ingredients are precisely dosed, water is added during mixing, thus achieving better quality and homogenization of the mass.

 

Dry Way: water is not added to the mixture of ingredients, leaving a lower quality mixture.
